Terms of Service & Passenger Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between Pickorabuzzpocket B.V. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the party chartering, reserving, or boarding any vehicle operated under our commercial transport fleet in the Netherlands. By accessing pickorabuzzpocket.homes or submitting a charter reservation, you accept and agree to be bound by these provisions.

1. Booking, Confirmation, and Deposit Requirements

All party bus charters are subject to fleet availability and route feasibility under the municipal regulations of the City of Amsterdam (Gemeente Amsterdam). A non-refundable reservation deposit of 30% is mandatory to secure vehicle and chauffeur allocation. The outstanding balance must be settled no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure time. Charters booked within fourteen days of departure must be paid in full upon invoice receipt.

2. Chauffeur Authority & Passenger Code of Conduct

In accordance with Dutch Public Transport Legislation (Wet personenvervoer 2000), our licensed commercial coach chauffeurs hold absolute legal authority over vehicle operation and passenger safety:

Zero Tolerance for Illegal Substances: The possession, trade, or consumption of illicit narcotics or controlled substances on board is strictly prohibited under Dutch Opium Act (Opiumwet) regulations.
Window Protocol: Throwing objects, leaning out of panoramic roof vents, or displaying disorderly conduct toward pedestrians on canal quays is strictly forbidden and constitutes immediate grounds for charter termination without refund.
Damage & Sanitation Surcharges: The primary charterer assumes full financial liability for any damage to interior upholstery, Void Acoustics hardware, LED screens, or biohazard cleaning requirements. A minimum sanitation cleaning fee of €350 applies for biohazard incidents.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Force Majeure

Charterers may cancel bookings in accordance with the following reimbursement schedule:

Notice 30+ Days Prior to Departure: 70% refund of total charter value (deposit retained).
Notice 15–29 Days Prior to Departure: 50% refund of total charter value.
Notice Under 14 Days: No refund; 100% of charter fees forfeited.

In the rare event of municipal canal road closures, severe weather warnings (KNMI Code Red), or unavoidable mechanical impediments, Pickorabuzzpocket reserves the right to reschedule the event or deploy a replacement coach of equal or higher luxury specification.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under Dutch civil law (Burgerlijk Wetboek), Pickorabuzzpocket B.V. shall not be liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal items, luggage, electronic devices, or garments left unattended inside our vehicles.
Delays arising from unforeseen municipal bridge maintenance, water lock closures, unexpected protests, or traffic congestion on historic canal quays.
Denial of entrance to third-party nightclubs, speakeasies, or venues whose door stewards determine an attendee does not meet age, dress code, or sobriety criteria.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The 3D WebGL visuals, procedural canal shaders, typography hierarchies, photographic assets, and software code compiled on pickorabuzzpocket.homes are the exclusive intellectual property of Pickorabuzzpocket B.V. and protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized scraping, mirroring, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Rechtbank Amsterdam).
